Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for creating a high performing selling culture
- Achieve sales targets for assigned territory
- Manage Sales Consultants through hiring, training, performance management, etc.
- Drive customer service and lead generation efforts
- Monitor reports to ensure customer projects are moving through job process efficiently
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing effective sales teams, including hiring, onboarding, performance accountability, and retention
- Demonstrated ability to create and sustain a high‑performance selling culture that consistently delivers to sales targets and customer experience standards
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.
