Key responsibilities & impact

Accountable for leading profitable operations of the store
Responsible for executing customer service, in-stock, and store appearance strategies
Coach and develop associates to drive sales through great customer service
Analyze sales and financial reporting to identify operational opportunities
Conduct store walks with Assistant Store Managers to assess sales and service

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
At least 3 years prior merchandising and/or operational experience
At least 3 years leadership experience, preferably big box retail
Ability to work a flexible, minimum 55 hour weekly schedule
High school diploma and/or GED
