Senior Analyst, Organizational Effectiveness
The Home DepotManaging and analyzing organizational effectiveness programs at Home Depot while collaborating with HR and business partners. Support for HR processes including data management and special projects.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Consult with business and HR partners to ensure successful administration, communication and timing of OE programs and processes.
- Develop the implementation plan, communications, training materials, and tools to support core OE processes.
- Conduct kick-off meetings and training events with field HR to ensure they understand the process details and tools.
- Determine data requirements, gather data, and review for accuracy.
- Create spreadsheets for core OE processes.
- Maintain OE data, run reports, analyze data and perform audits as necessary.
- Recommend process improvements based on data.
- Support OE survey and assessment related technology and systems.
- Serve as administrator and support for these systems.
- Provide analytical support for special OE projects.
- Supervise contract staff during peak times of the OE cycle.
- Provide ongoing support and customer service to associates and HR field partners for OE programs and processes including EOC Survey, 360 leadership assessment and related programs.
- Answer questions and respond to special requests as needed.
- Serve as the project manager for core OE processes.
- Regularly communicate status, action items, tips, etc. to the field to improve the execution of these processes.
- Interface with THD OE, vendors, and HR field for problem resolution, special requests, etc.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Preferred level of education: Bachelor's degree in related field (or Home Depot equivalent)
- HR and OD work experience
- Project management experience
- Instructional design experience
- Minimum Years of Work Experience: 2
