About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Become the subject matter expert for assigned product category online
Responsible for category product data projects and status reporting SKU collection and maintenance
Measure ongoing effectiveness of programs against metric targets
Responsible for prioritizing projects, tasks to ensure deliverables and goals are met or exceeded
Coordinate integrated teams from one or more external agencies or functional organizations supporting managed initiatives
Troubleshoot and problem solve for ongoing operational needs as they arise
Ability to author clear, concise end user/training materials for processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Analytical thinking with the ability to identify and resolve data or execution issues
Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify)
Strong Excel proficiency (e.g., data manipulation, large file management, error identification)
Demonstrated attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
Strong decision making and problem solving skills
