About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the day to day activities related to their tower (P2P)
Partner with project teams and external business partners and supports problem solving efforts
Accountable for supporting the activities of the team, ensuring customer service, and encouraging continuous improvement of processes and delivery
Provides coaching to team members
Support individual contributors (Analysts and Sr. Analysts) prioritize and review work
Present continuous improvement insights and recommendations to managers and leaders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, requiring effective communication skills, and the ability to build relationships and partnerships while managing competing priorities
Executes month end / year end processes
Create regular reports for the leadership; assists with or produces other reports as requested
Serve as first escalation point for any issues or difficulties with specific projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software programs
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree Accounting, Finance, or related field of study related to the job
Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical, problem solving, and research skills
Experience with data analytics / data visualization
Experience with different innovative technologies like RPA, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain is highly desired
Previous people or project team management experience.
