National Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and complete sales calls with portfolio customers to drive sales growth.
- Educate customers on the services and products offered by The Home Depot.
- Address customer issues and queries in a timely manner.
- Establish strategic relationships and demonstrate strong customer service.
- Work with Director Outside Sales and National Pro Managers on lead development.
- Conduct coaching and training of Pro field associates on pro processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project Management experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Knowledge of CRM tools
- Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a relevant role, no additional years of experience required.
