Key contributor to SEC Reporting; support Chief Accounting Officer’s external reporting strategy
Support planning, development and filing of periodic reports with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, 1933 Act registration statements)
Collaborate with Investor Relations during development of earnings materials (earnings release and earnings script)
Oversee preparation of cash flow statement and various internal reporting deliverables for executive leadership and Board of Directors
Serve as primary point of contact representing SEC Reporting team in internal monthly close processes
Support evolution of reporting processes through technology innovation and process optimization
Lead development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly financial reports; utilize advanced financial modeling and variance analysis
Deliver clear reporting to senior leadership and support month end close processes
Develop and present financial analysis visually and verbally to business leaders; provide actionable recommendations
Work closely with business leaders up to VPs and partner with stakeholders across finance and accounting operations
Conduct detailed analyses for investment initiatives and capital allocation; complete financial modeling for "what if" scenarios
Manage multiple deadlines, organize status lists, and prioritize/adapt team resourcing as needed

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Experience in SEC reporting, including iXBRL, public accounting, or corporate finance
Proven track record with external audits, comment letter responses, and investor relations collaboration
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and financial reporting software
Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, US GAAP accounting; financial statement preparation experience; strong financial systems knowledge including SAP S4 and Group Reporting
Detail oriented, well-organized with ability to prioritize and problem solve, multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job
