About the role

  • Be the main point of contact for all Finance on business initiatives that impact Finance.
  • Work closely with upstream teams on their business initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance and Product key stakeholders to identify and document financial impacts.
  • Map out finance processes in relation to projects, changes, and financial impacts.
  • Work with team to proactively identify potential risks/issues and document in RAID log.
  • Develop and document a monitoring plan for each project.
  • Review monthly metrics to ensure goals are met.
  • Conduct financial planning for function and make appropriate recommendations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with other areas of the business.

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Experience with dissecting how business transactions flow through a company’s financials.
  • Experience working across various functions within a company and able to get results.
  • Experience with process mapping and familiar with BPMN or other standard formats.
  • Project management / change management skills and experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
