About the role

  • Ensure smooth, effective, and compliant operation of Procurement Operations
  • Provide centralized ownership and expertise for SAP/Ariba P2P platforms
  • Act as the primary liaison between Procurement and IT
  • Responsible for implementing system changes that deliver measurable business value
  • Mitigate operational, financial, and supplier risks
  • Support supplier continuity and enforce financial controls
  • Drive activities of the team and ensure excellent customer service
  • Coach team members and support their development of business and technical skills
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align strategies
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance
  • Monitor team's daily activities and track SLAs
  • Plan and execute month end/year end processes
  • Develop scalable and innovative solutions
  • Provide leadership, mentorship and coaching to direct reports

Requirements

  • Must be eighteen years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba centered around P2P and Supplier Management
  • Ability to anticipate work needs, think big picture and interact professionally with all customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, research skills and root cause analysis
  • Previous people or project team management experience
  • Experience with applications and implementations of innovative technologies AI, Ticketing Solutions, Chat Technology, Ariba and SAP is highly desired.
