About the role
- Responsible for managing and servicing commercial credit customers associated with the Pro Trade Credit program.
- Develop and maintain accurate collection status records for all accounts.
- Resolve customer discrepancies and/or disputes and effect collection of delinquent accounts.
- Directly communicate with customers related to credit & collection matters verbally and in writing.
- Perform judgmental underwriting for commercial customers credit needs and manage receivables.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Consumer & Commercial Credit underwriting experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Experience in Credit Risk Management or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience transforming data into actionable information.
- General knowledge of retail business, financial services industry, economy, and business trends.
