About the role
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams to ensure appropriate relocation benefits
- Prepare a comprehensive budget for each relocation
- Guide relocating associates through selling their current homes and oversee the marketing of the home
- Collect referral fees from brokers
- Assess closing costs and ensure adherence to company policy
- Meet with associates to understand relocation needs and preferences
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Georgia real estate broker’s license or real estate salesperson license required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years in relocation services or real estate
- Proven experience engaging with senior executives
