Responsible for independently developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce applications
Part of a dynamic team with engineers of all experience levels
Involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning, integration with other systems, and production monitoring
Mentoring less experienced engineers
Requirements
4-5 years of relevant work experience with Salesforce development and administration
Strong experience with Salesforce declarative features (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Page Layouts) and programmatic development (Apex, Lightning Web Components)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Familiar with web technologies such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
Knowledge of Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules
Experience with data modeling, data migration, and managing large datasets in Salesforce
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and release management processes in Salesforce
Experience with testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and automated testing within Salesforce
Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills for both declarative and programmatic Salesforce components
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Experience with development IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio) and familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as GitHub Copilot is preferred
