IT Systems Engineer
The Hold - Home to Suffolk ArchivesSystems Engineer providing technical support for Adult Social Care and Public Health & Communities. Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide Business as Usual (BAU) support to key business applications supporting stakeholders of all levels
- progressing support calls and keeping the end user updated
- collaborating with other IT colleagues in different departments to resolve issues and find / implement solutions
- implementing new solutions guided by the Project Team
Requirements
What you’ll need- to be an adaptable communicator with excellent customer service skills with the ability to focus on the issue in hand while under pressure
- experience working in an operational support role with line of business systems and databases
- experience of using varying technologies or applications including the Microsoft suite
- to be both resourceful and resilient during times of fast paced change while keeping in line with established policies and processes.
- It would be desirable to have previous experience of LiquidLogic and packaging in Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), but by no means essential as training will be given.
