About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- To gain maximum business value from the Oracle HCM suite of modules that have been implemented by aligning system capability with organisational people, workforce and statutory needs.
- You will constantly collaborate with colleagues in Corporate HR teams to create the bridge between their requirements and technology, utilising your knowledge of HR and Payroll application configuration.
- Working closely with Oracle HCM developers to optimise the potential of the technology.
- Use your excellent communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and share insights within your team, building resilient relationships whilst doing so.
- You will become an expert on specific Oracle HCM modules and be in a unique position to shape how they are used to improve processes, embracing Oracle’s regularly changing capabilities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- customer service experience and ability to present ideas
- to be able to understand complex and dependant requirements and turn them into workable solutions through strategic thinking
- willingness to learn and evolve quickly
