About the role Provide strategic integrated marketing communications planning across paid, owned and earned channels Propose media relations strategy, pitch angles, organize media briefings and manage media events Create and review content (press releases, Q&A documents, bylines) and develop key messages in English and Chinese Oversee market intelligence, reporting and performance tracking; provide summaries and analysis for clients Serve as point person for clients, provide counsel and manage expectations for program execution Oversee day-to-day account activities, track account budget and resourcing, and coordinate with senior leaders Contribute to RFPs and pitch decks and participate in new business presentations Mentor and train junior staff; provide constructive feedback to develop soft and hard skills Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, PR/Advertising, Marketing/Integrated Communications, Journalism, Linguistics or other relevant degrees Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience (agency experience preferred) Some experience in media relations, client servicing and project management Interested in working with financial firms, fintech, digital assets and web3 Superior writing and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Passion for digital and social media communications Entrepreneurial and curious mindset Sense of humor, open-minded and appetite for cross-team, cross-market collaboration Hybrid work arrangement (Hong Kong hybrid) Opportunity to work with industry-leading tech brands Inclusive and diverse workplace; equal opportunity employer Copy ATS Keywords Tip: use these terms in your resume and cover letter to boost ATS matches.
