About the role

  • Partner with SEA business leaders, Operations, and Finance teams to support strategic and commercial decision-making
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, practical insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Support regional pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness across SEA markets
  • Lead client contract reviews, ensuring commercial viability and sustainable pricing structures
  • Manage Net Working Capital (NWC) to strengthen cash flow and liquidity across the region
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets
  • Ensure financial reporting delivers timely, accurate, and meaningful insights to leadership
  • Work closely with regional finance to maintain strong financial controls — balancing governance with commercial agility
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance, including exposure to FP&A, or commercial finance
  • Demonstrated success in leading ERP system implementations or driving finance transformation initiatives is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in collaborating with business and finance teams across Southeast Asia region
  • Proficiency in English is essential, while Mandarin is an advantage
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate financial data into meaningful insights
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a solution-driven approach
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across SEA finance and regional teams as well as business counterparts
  • Strong proficiency in productivity suites e.g Excel and has prior experience working with various systems
