About the role
- Produce short-form video content for social platforms — motion graphics, live-action edits, 2D animation and more.
- Contribute to brand videos, explainers and technical videos from concept through final delivery.
- Edit live-action footage and event highlights, with occasional on-site photo/video shooting.
- Develop content for proposals, campaigns and multi-channel communications projects.
- Brainstorm and co-create ideas with regional and global teams across time zones.
- Collaborate with designers to bring static visuals to life through motion.
- Help ensure that every piece of video aligns with brand guidelines and campaign storytelling goals.
- Adapt different styles — from playful social-first pieces to polished brand videos.
- Stay curious about AI techniques, generative video tools and new storytelling formats.
- Experiment with new software, workflows and creative methods to expand what’s possible in video.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in video editing and motion-based storytelling
- Confident in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut
- Comfortable collaborating with regional teams in English
- Skilled in producing short-form video content across social platforms
- Familiar with generative video tools and emerging AI trends
- Possesses strong instincts for rhythm, pacing and visual impact
- Has basic on-site shooting experience when projects call for it
