About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute sales priorities and support retail strategy within an assigned territory
  • Partner with store leadership, internal teams, and peers to implement strategies and solve problems

  • Execute headquarters sales and merchandising plans with retailers
  • Build displays, increase distribution of top-selling items, and replenish permanent secondary displays
  • Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and other display vehicles
  • Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions
  • Report daily activities using tablets after each workday
  • Visit approximately 6–10+ accounts per day

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must have a valid US state-issued driver's license
  • Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition
  • Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage
  • Auto insurance policy must permit business use
  • Must reside or be willing to commute within the listed territory boundaries
  • Must be able to drive long distances and make multiple daily sales calls
  • Must be able to lift 10–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to bend, kneel, stoop, and demonstrate manual dexterity frequently, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to use tablet technology
  • Must have daily access to wireless internet
  • Must have flexibility and adaptability to changes in territory coverage
  • Must be available to work 20–25 hours per week
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3–4 years of food merchandising experience preferred but not required
