About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Reporting to VP Investor Relations, responsible for leading and advancing Hershey’s investor relations strategy
  • Partner with the Head of IR to shape and evolve Hershey’s investor relations strategy
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for institutional investors and analysts
  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact investor engagements
  • Influence senior leadership on investor messaging and external narrative
  • Own and direct the development of all investor-facing materials
  • Lead the end-to-end earnings process, including executive messaging
  • Synthesize peer performance, market trends, investor sentiment, and sell-side research into actionable insights
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders to align investor insights with enterprise decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Deep expertise in financial analysis, valuation frameworks, and capital markets
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders and external stakeholders, including investors and analysts
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively in high-stakes environments
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments
  • Strong judgment in managing sensitive information, disclosures, and governance requirements
  • Advanced analytical capability, with the ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable business insights
  • High level of integrity, with a strong commitment to transparency, compliance, and ethical standards.
  • Bachelor's in business, finance, or related field
  • MBA, CPA, or advanced degree strongly preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive experience engaging with investors, leading complex financial communications, and influencing senior leadership.
