About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain master data to align with Hershey’s financial reporting structures, including chart of accounts, cost elements and groups, cost centers, profit centers, allocations and assessments, ensuring accurate and complete master data records
Establish and maintain global processes to maintain financial master data
Develop and maintain reporting to routinely monitor master data to ensure continuous reliability and controls
Partner with business, data, and governance teams to drive consistency and clarity in the use of master data
Support projects and initiatives that use financially relevant data or require reporting that uses financially relevant data

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Business/Information Systems
3-5 years with background in financial accounting, reporting and business systems, and/or master data management
CPA or equivalent preferred
