About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business strategy, operating priorities, and field needs into clear business requirements and use cases
Define business logic, rules, and success criteria for initiatives, tools, and process improvements
Partner with Retail, Sales, Finance, and HR stakeholders to identify pain points, opportunities, and value levers
Lead impact assessments to ensure solutions align to business priorities and expected ROI
Define and own KPIs, success metrics, and performance scorecards tied to business outcomes
Design reporting requirements that enable actionable insights, not just data
Act as the business voice in product, BPO, and agile delivery teams
Support backlog prioritization by articulating business value and trade-offs
Ensure solutions are adopted by the business and embedded into ways of working

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar field
2–4 years - retail preferred, analytics, power bi, reporting, analysis, scorecarding
