Manager, Large Format Planning

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end customer forecasting within PlanEx
- Lead monthly snapshot execution
- Ensure forecasts reflect the most current latest estimate
- Translate customer strategies and sales inputs into accurate, actionable forecasts
- Coordinate with Sales to maintain customer Risks & Opportunities (R&O)
- Lead eBUF planning and execution across seasonal, innovation, merchandising, and everyday programs
- Serve as a planning partner to Sales, Finance, Demand Planning, and other cross functional partners
- Translate detailed forecast data into clear, executive-ready insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 5 years of experience understanding customer strategy and internal vision
- Business Acumen/Analytical Skills
- Understanding of Sales/Trade forecasting and P&L
- Coaching & Communication
- Develop Strategic Relationships
