Key responsibilities & impact

Play a central role in the planning and annual execution of Hershey’s 3-year Enterprise Strategic Plan
Independently scope, structure, and lead high-impact strategy projects with minimal oversight
Lead complex problem solving and address critical strategic issues and decisions facing the enterprise
Synthesize and analyze multiple internal and external data sources (POS, household panel, inventory, shipments, P&L statements, market trends, competitive insights) to develop clear business recommendations
Develop executive-level presentations for the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors
Support corporate strategy development, business development initiatives, and scenario modeling
Lead cross-functional project teams from beginning to end, providing direction, structure, and mentorship to indirect team members
Be recognized as an established leader and consultative partner among senior leaders across functions

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of combined experience in a leading CPG company, top-tier strategy consulting firm, or a combination of both
Proven experience leading strategic and data-driven recommendations and decisions
Strong understanding of market research, consumer insights, and analytical techniques
Experience driving change and influencing decisions in a complex business environment
Demonstrated ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
Experience leading project teams and influencing without direct authority
