About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversees Shopper Strategy team
- Sets the team’s insights plan and priorities
- Develop and execution of yearly learning plan across top retailers / channels
- Coaching and developing a team of 3
- Identifies and oversees foundational research focused on shopper behavior
- Creates and delivers commercialized insights
- Drives cross functional alignment and wiring between Consumer Insights, Commercial Insights and Commercialization teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
- At least 8+ years of progressive experience in Shopper, Consumer and/or Analytical Insights
- At least 2+ years people management experience
- Advanced experience analyzing POS/panel data
