About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversees Shopper Strategy team
  • Sets the team’s insights plan and priorities
  • Develop and execution of yearly learning plan across top retailers / channels
  • Coaching and developing a team of 3
  • Identifies and oversees foundational research focused on shopper behavior
  • Creates and delivers commercialized insights
  • Drives cross functional alignment and wiring between Consumer Insights, Commercial Insights and Commercialization teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
  • At least 8+ years of progressive experience in Shopper, Consumer and/or Analytical Insights
  • At least 2+ years people management experience
  • Advanced experience analyzing POS/panel data
