About the role
- Developing and presenting recommendations to management
- External and internal analytical assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends
- Overall business knowledge including P&L management
- Demonstrated leadership skills to drive coordination with other functional areas
- Leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation, promotions, design changes, media, etc.
- Partner with our Sales organization to develop sales communications
- Strong verbal and written communicator
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, strategy, or a related field
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a food category
