Key responsibilities & impact

Execute needs analysis using interviews, focus groups, surveys etc., to assess current and future skills needs for the global audience
Research and apply external best practices and innovation within learning and development, and adult learning theory.
Drive thought leadership on best methods to develop retail capabilities.
Design innovative and transformative learning programs and experiences that drive business results.
Create learning content individually or collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that is applicable, practical, and drives measurable outcomes.
Deliver virtual, face-to-face, and/or asynchronous learning content.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development or in related area of study required (i.e., Instructional Systems Design, HR, I/O Psychology)
5 - 7 years of Increased responsibility within learning & development or a retail sales organization
5 years of experience working with Retail, Sales, Category Management and/or Commercial teams/organizations
Experience assessing performance gaps, analyzing learning needs, designing and developing interventions, and evaluating the effectiveness of Retail, Sales, Category Management, and/or Commercial learning programs.
Strong platform training and facilitation skills in virtual, face-to-face, and asynchronous modalities
