About the role
- Leads operational activities that support Device as a Service (DaaS) Governance, IT Asset Management, Financial Compliance, and related KPIs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to define requirements for end-user compute devices and services.
- Performs coordination of DaaS program services, including subscription fee and invoice reconciliation.
- Conduct recurring forecasts with business partners and suppliers covering analysis, strategy, and accuracy.
- Monitors supplier compliance to company operational and financial policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications in ITIL, CITAM, or SACM.
- 3-5 years experience in complete IT Asset lifecycle process.
- Technical aptitude with strong PC literacy skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and software environments.
