About the role

  • Responsible for driving marketing initiatives and supporting brand growth
  • Focus on executing strategic plans for high-visibility programs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 2–4 years in brand management or marketing within CPG
  • Familiarity with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and financial analysis required
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with long-term brand and business objectives
  • Proficiency in analyzing syndicated data, financial metrics, and consumer insights
  • Strong capability to manage P&L
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
