About the role
- Responsible for driving marketing initiatives and supporting brand growth
- Focus on executing strategic plans for high-visibility programs
- Leverage consumer insights to deliver innovation, renovation, and promotional strategies
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external agencies
- Analyze business performance, market trends, and competitive activity
- Own total Snacks & Grocery budget, monitor spend, and track ROI
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- 2–4 years in brand management or marketing within CPG
- Familiarity with syndicated data tools (Nielsen, IRI) and financial analysis required
- Ability to develop and execute strategies that align with long-term brand and business objectives
- Proficiency in analyzing syndicated data, financial metrics, and consumer insights
- Strong capability to manage P&L
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
