About the role
- Lead complex HR initiatives by integrating AI‑driven solutions and digital transformation
- Partner closely with HR leadership, COEs, Technology, and business stakeholders
- Directly lead, mentor, and develop project team members
- Establish clear governance, reporting, and success metrics to ensure transparency
- Lead change and adoption strategies
- Embed AI and automation into project management schemas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 5 to 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a matrixed or COE-aligned environment
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire cross‑functional teams
- Basic understanding of embedding AI/automation into project management
- Working knowledge of core HR functions (HRSD, Talent, Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Learning, Job Architecture)
