About the role

  • Responsible for achieving the sales volume and distribution objectives for the assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate with key retail accounts centrally the annual Sales and Promotional Monthly Plan.
  • Manage an annual promotional budget to negotiate new item listings and in-store activities.
  • Communicate negotiated programs to the field and ensure flawless execution at store level.
  • Address execution issues and analyze sales reports to make adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years related work experience.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
