About the role
- Execute shopper and trade marketing initiatives by implementing channel and customer activation plans
- Support the development of trade plans including promotions, displays, visibility and POS materials
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with Sales, Marketing, Finance and external partners
- Track Sell Out performance and activation KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization
- Ensure executional excellence by monitoring compliance and providing feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Support or Commercial Roles
- Experience in CPG/FMCG and other commercial areas strongly preferred
- Exposure to sell-out analysis, promotions, and in-store activation
- Fluent in English and Spanish
