About the role
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
- This role will have exposure to confidential and sensitive information so confidentiality is key in this role.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and digital documents.
- Order office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations, and other documents.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
