About the role
- Provide physical security support for Hershey Brazil facilities;
- Manage and train contracted security service providers;
- Ensure the functionality of area operations and security equipment;
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and manage the compliance program and crisis management processes;
- Manage the compliance program related to physical security;
- Ensure that policies are reviewed regularly and updated;
- Evaluate supply chain partners against security criteria;
- Ensure security equipment is maintained and tested;
- Manage security risk by monitoring intelligence reports;
- Establish relationships with local authorities and professional security organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Previous experience in physical/property security, including procedures and routine controls;
- Prior experience with CCTV systems, alarm systems and other security technologies;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized, with a focus on crisis management;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
- Intermediate English proficiency preferred;
- Availability to work on-site in São Roque.
