About the role
- Supports the design, administration, and analysis of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive employee experience.
- Works closely with the Senior Benefits Analyst to provide data-driven insights, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery
- Familiarity with benefits regulations (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA) and compliance requirements (Desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity.
