About the role
- Supports commercial portfolio reviews and acts as key partner point of contact for the respective portfolio leader
- Provides expert analysis, mines insights, and recommends actions while delivering forward-looking project portfolio visibility and viability, financial assessment, and capacity indicators to drive prioritization and business decisions
- Contributes to Stage-Gate process design across Types and Tiers for the assigned individual projects
- Provides critical leadership role in ensuring the successful development and execution of Medium / Low complexity projects for the commercialization of new and changing products/pack types
- Accountable to deliver profitability and operational success by problem solving, removing roadblocks, elevating risks/issues, developing risk mitigation plans/contingencies, and facilitating decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2-5+ years of related work experience, preferably in CPG - Product Lifecycle Management
- PMP Certified preferred
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
