Focused on Digital Quality related Food Safety and Food Quality functions
Opportunity to gain meaningful experience in the digital aspects of Food Safety and Food Quality functions
Data Analytics & Data Science: create actionable metrics that capture risk modeling from food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; generate scorecards and reports; leverage datasets from various software systems used for food safety and quality
Innovation-R&D: create and execute a data governance process; evaluate data integrity and process mapping; use digital and software tools for horizon scanning and compliance
Business Process Mapping & Automation: map end-to-end business processes across multiple teams to automate and optimize
Regulatory registration changes; international market compliance; specialty program ingredient review (e.g., Non-GMO, Kosher)
Product recalls and withdrawals; create PowerApp or Python App for tracking processes (e.g., Choking Hazards, Regulatory Contaminates)
Leverage AI, ML, or RPA to improve processes; manage your own project and support other Digital Quality initiatives
Tools include Snowflake, SAP Datasphere, PowerBI, Alteryx, Collibra, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks

Requirements
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
Verbal and written communication skills are critical
Strong computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel; SAP experience a plus
Experience with PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint, Teams
Programming languages such as SQL, Python, C#
Analytics tools, such as SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau
Data warehousing and marketplaces, such as SAP Datasphere, Snowflake, or Collibra, are a plus
Able to effectively address all levels within the organization
Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to challenge decisions and facilitate change
Exemplary organizational skills; ability to respond to a diversity of requests
Ability to work in a remote team-oriented environment and assist in different areas where needed
Must be detail-oriented; demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment; capable of working independently after receiving direction
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working in the production and office areas
Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program; preferred majors: data analytics, data science, food science, chemistry, biology, or a similar discipline
Minimum overall GPA of 2.8 required; overall GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
