About the role
- Orchestrate security, IT, FinOps, and operational excellence initiatives
- Align contributions from internal and external partners into prioritized tickets, timelines, and measurable deliverables
- Run the operating system for security and IT: roadmap, dashboards, and risk cadence
- Establish views across progress, spend, incidents, and risks for leadership
- Define sequencing, plans, and success metrics to ensure work lands and sticks
- Guide technical automation work (scripts, controls, policies) to improve device management, provisioning, and compliance
- Ensure implementation of baseline security controls (encryption, MFA, endpoint checks)
- Maintain alignment to regulatory and client requirements through program oversight
- Launch FinOps discipline: baseline unit costs, assign owners, and identify savings targets
- Drive measurable cloud efficiency improvements (5–10% per-unit savings within six months)
- Introduce and operationalize post-mortems, initial SLOs, and weekly risk/spend reviews
- Amplify VP of Technology by closing orchestration gaps and accelerating execution speed
- Build and maintain the operating framework that keeps THB 3.0 milestones on track
- Serve as the primary integrator of technical operations workstreams into leadership decision-making
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6+ years of experience in technical program management, security/IT operations, or engineering operations in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing compliance initiatives (e.g., PCI, SOC 2, HIPAA)
- Proven record guiding automation or infrastructure projects (device management, provisioning, cloud efficiency)
- Experience building and maintaining KPI dashboards and operational frameworks for leadership visibility
- Strong program management skills with ability to prioritize, sequence, and deliver complex technical initiatives
- Proven ability to run an operating rhythm (OKRs, dashboards, risk cadence) across Eng/Sec/IT/FinOps and keep priorities unblocked
- Technical fluency to review and guide automation scripts, system controls, and IT/security tooling
- Deep understanding of security and compliance frameworks (PCI, SOC 2, HIPAA) and IT service management practices
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and cost optimization (FinOps practices, unit economics, cost guardrails)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional ability to communicate at both technical and executive levels
- Demonstrated resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments and shifting priorities
- Proven ability to orchestrate diverse contributors (internal teams, vendors, and contractors)
- High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity
