Product & Program Research Analyst
The Hello TeamProduct & Program Research Analyst conducting in-depth research on EV charging technologies. Collaborating with the company owner to drive strategic business decisions with research.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct research on battery storage products, technologies, manufacturers, features, and performance
- Research government incentives, grants, rebates, and programs related to EV (Electric Vehicle) charging and battery storage
- Prepare clear, organized reports and summaries of research findings
- Track research projects and assist with monitoring client opportunities
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in the energy sector
- Analyze competitor products, pricing, and market trends to support business decisions
- Maintain accurate research databases, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely research insights and support strategic initiatives
- Leverage AI tools to improve research efficiency, productivity, and the quality of deliverables
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- 3+ years of experience in market research, product research, or a similar analytical role
- Strong online research, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and present findings clearly
- Resourceful, naturally curious, and proactive in solving research-related problems
- Experience in the energy, EV charging, battery storage, or renewable energy industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
