About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build, optimize, and maintain Amazon listings using flat files across large product catalogs
  • Upload and troubleshoot bulk listing updates, resolving errors affecting large volumes of SKUs
  • Diagnose and resolve catalog issues, including suppressed listings, indexing problems, and Buy Box suppression
  • Maintain accurate catalog, inventory, and pricing data within SellerCloud or similar ERP systems
  • Verify that listing updates are properly indexed and visible on Amazon, troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Monitor catalog health and ensure listing accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon requirements
  • Follow and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support efficient catalog management
  • Stay current on Amazon platform updates, indexing changes, and listing best practices, including emerging concepts such as Rufus, Cosmo, and semantic indexing
  • Demonstrate continuous learning and a proactive approach to improving Amazon catalog performance and operations
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent professional and communication skills
  • Advanced experience with Amazon Seller Central
  • Extensive experience using Amazon Flat Files to create, update, and troubleshoot listings
  • Experience with SellerCloud or a similar ERP platform
  • Experience using repricing tools such as ChannelMax or similar software
  • Experience with Helium 10 preferred
  • Experience with FlatFile Pro preferred
  • 2-5 years of hands-on Amazon catalog management experience
  • Extensive experience building and fixing listings through flat files
  • Strong understanding of Amazon category templates, valid values, and bulk upload processes
  • Experience troubleshooting listing errors, indexing issues, and catalog problems at scale
  • Experience working with large catalogs and incomplete product data
  • Strong flat file expertise
  • Understanding of Rufus, Cosmo, semantic indexing, and modern Amazon catalog management
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot catalog and indexing issues
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Organized and process-driven approach to work
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data
  • Ability to follow, maintain, and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
