About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to client inquiries, issues, and complaints
- Make outbound calls to resolve customer concerns
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's brands and products
- Support account management and daily operations
- Assist with customer service and ecommerce-related tasks
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes
- Perform other duties related to the position as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent professional and communication skills
- Outgoing, energetic, and professional with a customer-focused approach
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Confident and assertive, with the ability to handle challenging situations and stand firm when necessary
- Tech-savvy, and able to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts
- Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
- Experience using CRM systems
- Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
- Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
- Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
- Interested in long-term career opportunities
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
