About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Respond to client inquiries, issues, and complaints
  • Make outbound calls to resolve customer concerns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the company's brands and products
  • Support account management and daily operations
  • Assist with customer service and ecommerce-related tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Monitor customer requests and follow up to ensure satisfactory outcomes
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent professional and communication skills
  • Outgoing, energetic, and professional with a customer-focused approach
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
  • Confident and assertive, with the ability to handle challenging situations and stand firm when necessary
  • Tech-savvy, and able to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technical concepts
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities
  • Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
