About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support for dental CAD/CAM systems and equipment
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely
  • Train users on digital dental workflows and software
  • Support workflow optimization and case production processes
  • Manage support tickets and document resolutions
  • Assist customers with basic software setup and updates
  • Answer customer questions and provide guidance on system use
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when needed
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent professional and communication skills
  • Experience with CAD/CAM dental software (Exocad, 3Shape, or similar)
  • Knowledge of dental milling, 3D printing, and digital dental workflows
  • Understanding of dental anatomy, zirconia, Polymethyl Methacrylate (PMMA), and implant restorations
  • Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, or customer service
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with dental technology and equipment
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience in a dental lab or CAD/CAM environment preferred
  • Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Familiarity with implant workflows and digital dentistry technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.
