About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage collections and follow up on outstanding customer balances
  • Create, review, and process customer invoices
  • Maintain accurate billing and accounts receivable records
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues
  • Utilize Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) to perform daily billing, accounts receivable, and collections activities
  • Reconcile customer accounts and payment discrepancies
  • Prepare accounts receivable and collections reports
  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent professional and communication skills
  • Previous hands-on experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is required
  • Strong billing, collections, and accounts receivable experience, within the Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ecosystem
  • Proven ability to manage customer accounts and collection activities effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and a strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working within structured processes and established workflows
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management)
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach
  • Positive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Ability to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs
