HubSpot Implementation Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimize and manage CRM ecosystem
- Review current processes and optimize workflows
- Integrate additional tools with HubSpot
- Ensure data accuracy and CRM hygiene
- Build and support client portals and websites
- Assist with HubSpot marketing tools
- Support data collection and reporting
- Configure and maintain HubSpot workflows and automation
- Monitor CRM performance and generate reports
- Provide support for CRM processes and maintain efficient operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong HubSpot CRM knowledge
- Experience managing CRM data and maintaining data integrity
- Tech-savvy and ability to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Understanding of workflow automation and process optimization
- Familiarity with CRM integrations and automation tools
- Basic coding knowledge is a plus
- Experience building CRM integrations and automated systems is a plus
- Software development experience with CRM/HubSpot integrations is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to take ownership and work independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet
