About the role

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret molecular diagnostics and laboratory tests
  • Research, evaluate, and prioritize treatment options, including standards of care, professional guidelines, and investigational approaches
  • Identify and evaluate potential clinical trials through spreadsheet creation, database searching, evidence review, and calls to trial sites
  • Create patient education documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphs, and charts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • PhD in a science or healthcare field required
  • Early career professional experience in complex medical disorders such as autoimmune disease, immunology, virology, chronic illness, infectious disease, or rheumatology
  • Knowledge of research best practices
  • Well-developed medical literature research capabilities, including PubMed and Google Scholar
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Efficient, resourceful, creative, and able to make rapid decisions amid ambiguity and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers, coworkers, and external experts
