About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls from financial advisors, following established criteria
- Explain the features, benefits, and advantages of Hartford Funds’ products and funds
- Provide personalized, web-based hypothetical illustrations
- Place supply orders for marketing materials
- Follow up with representatives regarding questions and information receipt and understanding
- Log phone calls into the computer system for tracking
- Act as a liaison between the home office and field wholesalers
- Assist in training and developing new employees
- Once licensed, make outbound calls to financial advisors about new products, marketing ideas, and special meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level position
- Passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam
- Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
