About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide cross-functional administrative support to department leaders and teams within Human Resources, Finance, Operations, and Product Management
  • Handle administrative functions and projects with competence and professionalism
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, including agenda building and pre- and post-meeting communications
  • Coordinate conference room logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Financial services, asset management, investment management, or related professional services experience preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple executives and/or departments simultaneously preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset
