Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and steer the future of Global Specialty transformation initiatives
Drive value across the enterprise through agile product lifecycle
Serve as the voice of the customer and the business
Lead epic refinement and sign-off, ensuring change management and communications are embedded in delivery
Champion continuous improvement and operational innovation across the Value Stream
Monitor performance metrics and transformation health
Attract, develop, and retain top talent across Agile Product Management and Product Ownership roles
Engage stakeholders early and often for alignment and transparency

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in product delivery, Agile coaching, business operations, or digital transformation
Proven success leading large-scale value streams or program increments across multiple squads
Prior experience in property & casualty insurance a plus
Team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation and organizational influencing skills
Excellent stakeholder/relationship management skills, leadership behaviors
Strong communication and facilitation skills across all levels of the organization
Fluency in Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify) and flexibility to adapt them to real-world needs
Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field
