About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop critical leadership and functional skills in areas such as IT Engineering, Application Development, Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Agile, DevOps, Digital Adoption, Project Management, and Process/Business Analysis.
- Participate in rotation assignments throughout the two-year talent development program.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Students expecting to graduate in December 2025 or May 2026 with a Bachelor’s degree. Desired majors include, but are not limited to: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or other major with strong analytical/technical base.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher at the time of graduation
- Must have a record of high achievement, analytical thinking, initiative and process improvement
- Demonstrated commitment to extracurricular activities on campus or within the community
- Ability to demonstrate strong communication, agility and teamwork
- Ability to analyze and reason through complex problems and make sound recommendations in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience outside of the classroom.
