About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of Compliance processes.
  • Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to strengthen and automate Compliance processes.
  • Partner with program owners to design and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Support continuous improvement through trend analysis, root cause assessments, and outcome-based measurement.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor compliance projects using structured project management methodologies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and process redesign.
  • Ensure adherence to federal and state insurance regulations.
  • Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, standards, and audit trails.
  • Produce clear, accurate, and defensible Compliance reporting for senior management, risk committees, and boards.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related control function, with demonstrated responsibility for analytics, metrics, or reporting.
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs, monitoring, and management oversight.
  • Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and executive-level communication and storytelling.
