About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of Compliance processes.
Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to strengthen and automate Compliance processes.
Partner with program owners to design and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and sustainability.
Support continuous improvement through trend analysis, root cause assessments, and outcome-based measurement.
Plan, execute, and monitor compliance projects using structured project management methodologies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and process redesign.
Ensure adherence to federal and state insurance regulations.
Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, standards, and audit trails.
Produce clear, accurate, and defensible Compliance reporting for senior management, risk committees, and boards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
5–10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related control function, with demonstrated responsibility for analytics, metrics, or reporting.
Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel).
Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs, monitoring, and management oversight.
Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and executive-level communication and storytelling.
