About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of Compliance processes.
- Use data and analytics to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities to strengthen and automate Compliance processes.
- Partner with program owners to design and implement process improvements that enhance consistency, scalability, and sustainability.
- Support continuous improvement through trend analysis, root cause assessments, and outcome-based measurement.
- Plan, execute, and monitor compliance projects using structured project management methodologies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis and process redesign.
- Ensure adherence to federal and state insurance regulations.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, policies, standards, and audit trails.
- Produce clear, accurate, and defensible Compliance reporting for senior management, risk committees, and boards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
- 5–10+ years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or a related control function, with demonstrated responsibility for analytics, metrics, or reporting.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, advanced Excel).
- Strong understanding of regulatory expectations for risk-based compliance programs, monitoring, and management oversight.
- Proven ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into meaningful metrics and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior management and executive-level communication and storytelling.
