Key responsibilities & impact

Build relationships and collaborate with cross functional business partners
Successfully execute, manage and communicate procedural change
Establish and maintain processes, system, and tool guidance
Participate in scheduled Prioritization Meetings and Sprint Reviews
Provide UAT testing support
Identify areas for process improvement
Advocate for Voice of Customer (VOC)
Create and publish communications for customers
Facilitate problem-solving and collaboration between underwriting and other departments
Improve consistency of underwriting guidelines and ensure compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience with Employee Benefits Products and Business Areas
Employee Benefits Underwriting experience strongly preferred
Ability to leverage and influence cross functional networks
Ability to critically analyze data
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work independently
Ability to multi-task
Excellent organizational skills
Strong technical writing skills
Demonstrated written communication skills
Strong team building and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and SharePoint
